The creative process has always intrigued us. Why someone chooses to make things. Where they feel most comfortable and inspired to create. How an empty canvas turns into a finished piece.

We've found that too often people safeguard their knowledge and resort to secrecy. They believe that should someone else suddenly learn what they know, their status would be threatened. This is a big problem. Community is a huge part of art and the sharing of ideas is absolutely vital. We owe so much to friends that helped us get to where we are today. People that opened their doors and taught us what they've learned.

This series is our small attempt to pull back the curtain, to show the value in something handmade, and in creativity as a whole.
